Quote Validity

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change after the validity period due to market fluctuations or other factors.

• Any additional work or modifications not outlined in the original quote will incur extra charges, which will be communicated beforehand.

• If discrepancies are found during project assessment, the quote may be revised accordingly.

4. Acceptance of the Quote

• A quote is considered accepted only after a written confirmation (via email or signed document) and the payment of any required deposit or booking fee.
• Once accepted, cancellations may be subject to cancellation charges based on the progress of the project.

5. Site Visits & Assessments

• For complex projects, a site visit may be required before providing a final quote. Site visits may incur an additional fee, which will be deducted from the project cost if the quote is accepted.

6. Payment Terms

• Full payment or staged payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in project delays or additional charges.

7. Revisions to the Quote

• If changes to the project scope are requested by the client after the quote has been issued, a revised quote will be provided.
• Changes to the quote are not final until both parties agree in writing.

8. Project Timeline

• The timeline provided in the quote is an estimate and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, site readiness, or supply chain issues.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• RFTN is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate client-provided information, unprepared sites, or external factors beyond our control.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote or confirming an order, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Ignorance of these terms does not exempt compliance.
